"Disappointing product and service experience"
I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for an online store, but the service here is just as bad as the product. I bought some socks for £23, which isn’t exactly pocket change, and they felt nice at first. However, after wearing them just 5 or 6 times, a hole popped up in the toe. I reached out to them about it, and they said they’d send a replacement, suggesting I might need a different type of sock from their collection based on my usage. Not sure why that matters if the quality was up to par. A month went by with no sign of the replacement, so I followed up. A guy named Shaun called me, saying he forgot to send them and would take care of it right away. That was 3-4 weeks ago, and I’m still out £23 for a pair of socks I barely used, with no replacement in sight. It’s been really frustrating to deal with this and even write a review about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

"Avoid This Company at All Costs"
This company is just awful. It's been a week and my order still hasn't shown up, even though their site claims they have the items ready to go. They also totally disregard your emails. These unprofessional businesses don’t seem to get that it’s against the law in the UK to sell items that aren’t actually in stock. Seriously, don’t waste your time with feetus.co.uk.

"Fantastic socks and speedy shipping"
I picked up a pair of toe socks straight from the Feetus site to prevent my toes from chafing against one another. They felt so good that I went ahead and got another pair, and both shipments were quick and well-handled.

"Watch Out"
Watch out. This company ain't the best. I ordered some socks through Amazon that were misrepresented, so I had to send them back. They don’t respond to messages on Amazon, and the A to Z guarantee didn’t help either. I mentioned I’d take it to small claims to recover my cash, and that seemed to do the trick since I finally got a refund, though it’s not the full amount I lost. Lesson learned.

"A few hiccups, but they delivered in the end"
Half of my order arrived super quick. The rest took a while and caused some annoyance. They were aware that the order was only partially completed, but I didn’t find out until after the second part was already shipped, both through an email and a courtesy call. I'd rate them 5 out of 5 for being attentive and 3 out of 5 for their communication. Overall, I’d definitely shop with them again.

"their site is a total mess"
their site is a total mess, I couldn't get my socks ordered. It took me four tries just to set up an account, and then when I finally got to the payment part, I couldn't finish the order due to a 5080 form transaction registration failure. I wasted half an hour of my precious free time before the kids wake up.
"Terrible experience"
My order didn't show up, and I got no replies to any of my emails or calls. Now I'm stuck trying to get my money back through PayPal. Seriously, steer clear of this place; they obviously can't handle orders.

"IMPORTANT: READ THIS BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM FEETUS"
I ordered some socks for a half marathon happening this weekend and even paid extra for first-class shipping.
Unfortunately, the socks never showed up, so I sent an email to cancel my order.
I didn’t get any reply, so I decided to call their 0800 number. It just went to Vodafone voicemail.
I left a message, but still no response.
The customer service is terrible. They seem to be taking orders for items they don’t even have in stock.
Now, I’m trying to get my refund through PayPal since Feetus hasn’t bothered to get back to me.
If this review helps even one person avoid the trouble this company has put me through, then it’s worth it!

"Feetus Ignored Our Order That Never Showed Up"
We never got our order, and Feetus didn’t respond to any of the three emails we shot their way. We forked out cash for international tracking, but they didn’t provide us with any tracking details. Absolutely awful customer service.
"My Experience with Feetus and Their Five Fingers"
I've purchased 4 pairs of Five Fingers along with several pairs of socks from Feetus over the past four years, and I've never run into any problems. Honestly, their customer service has been top-notch. I even chimed in on a Facebook post about a new collection that was missing my size. They reached out to me directly once it was back in stock. Can't beat that!
As a small business owner myself, I totally get the hurdles of managing everything solo, and it’s disheartening to see folks leaving bad reviews just because Royal Mail dropped the ball. Nobody seems to consider the person behind the business. We all have our own lives to juggle, so why rush to give a one-star rating and risk harming someone's livelihood?
I genuinely believe Feetus is a fantastic place to shop, and I’ll definitely return for my next pairs of Five Fingers to back another independent venture.

"COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
This company is just terrible...seriously, steer clear...I ordered two pairs of socks but only got one...the other pair? Never showed up...I've sent tons of emails and left voicemails, but no one ever gets back to me.

For the past few years, I've been purchasing Injinji socks from Feetus, and I finally took the leap to try out a pair of vibram fivefingers. I chatted with Shaun on the phone about what would be best for me, and he was super helpful in ensuring I picked the right ones!
So far, I'm really liking the vibrams, even though they do require a little adjustment!

"Extremely let down"
I’m really upset with feetus. Normally, I check reviews before buying, but I thought I had enough time to sort things out if there were any issues. I placed an order for two pairs of socks on November 23rd, and here we are on December 22nd with no sign of them. Shaun mentioned he sent a second package, but it hasn’t shown up either. Now, I’m left without a Christmas gift for my dad. And those other reviews? They’re spot on—it’s tough to get in touch with them. That 'message' button? Not the instant chat they make it seem. I guess I’ll have to go for a refund, but from what I’ve read, it sounds like that’s gonna be a hassle. Really let down by feetus. THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE DELIVERY PROBLEMS!!!!!!

I made an order on September 8, and it was supposedly 'shipped' on September 10. Yet, I still haven't gotten anything, and I've sent multiple emails to customer support with no reply. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever get those socks, so I'm planning to cancel the payment.

"Avoid this place at all costs"
Steer clear of this shop, the sizing is way off. I was looking to grab my fourth pair, but they just wouldn’t fit. I returned them for a refund, but I’ve heard zilch—no emails or anything. I’ve called over 20 times from different phones, but no one picks up. I’ve sent a bunch of emails too, but still no response. Had to go through PayPal to get my cash back. Seriously, try reaching out before you buy if you think I’m exaggerating.
